Shipping policy

 

You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse, typically within 2 business days from order date.

Please plan accordingly during peak holiday periods as orders may be delayed due to the volume of delivery.

It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange a pick up or further drop off of goods with the respective courier service if the original delivery is missed by the customer. Co Ninety will not take responsibility for goods after the first delivery attempt.
