If you would like to return/ exchange your purchased product for whatever reason, please see the following policies:
REFUNDS / EXCHANGE

Every product that is brought in by Co Ninety follows a high standard of quality check. We make sure that every single product is at its top-quality before selling it to our customers.

Once payment has been made, and the customer has received the order. Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund for our products unless exceptional circumstances.

We only replace articles if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same product, please send us an email at coninety@gmail.com attaching photos of the damaged product.

If customers receive the order but decide they don't like the product, they can return it within 3 days for store credit or other products with the same value (excluding delivery cost). All physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, gifts, bonus item, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product.
