We are thrilled to announce an extraordinary solo exhibition by the immensely talented Queenie Leung, a potter with nearly four decades of artistic experience. Known for her ability to captivate both heart and soul, Queenie’s work has long been a cornerstone of the Hong Kong ceramics community. Her previous show in 2017, titled “[Minimal],” showcased her diverse range of homeware and tableware, highlighting her mastery in throwing and trimming techniques. This minimalist approach allowed the essence of her craft to shine through, leaving a lasting impression on all who attended.

Fast forward six years, and Queenie Leung returns with over 40 unique types of bowls, each a testament to her evolving artistic journey. This new body of work circles around three distinct types of finishes, reflecting the myriad experiences that have shaped her over the past six years. As life took us all on an emotional roller coaster, Queenie channeled her own emotions and state of being into each finish, creating pieces that resonate with personal narratives and profound artistry. This exhibition offers a rare glimpse into the intersection of emotions and craftsmanship, where every bowl tells a story of its own.

Join us from October 27 to November 11 to experience Queenie Leung’s latest creations. This exhibition is not just about beautiful ceramics; it is a celebration of artistic evolution and the power of handmade creations to connect with our hearts. Witness the legacy of a master potter who continues to push the boundaries of her craft, inviting us all to share in her journey of art, emotions, and discovery.
